Our pastors have been shepherding Victory Outreach Anaheim West for over 35 years. Their ministry has left a footprint in several cities including Santa Ana and Garden Grove. They have established successful pioneering churches all over the world in exotic places such as Las Vegas, Philadelphia and South Africa. Bruce and Eva have been happily married and will soon be celebrating 47 years together.
